Booked a big and very specious room with all convenient facilities, a bath ánd rain shower plus a very comfy bed.

The hotel had awesome and incredible location short walk to popular attractions such as the East, the university area which is where most of the good restaurants and the restaurant. The meals were appetising.

The location was excellent, within a close distance from Jinma Biji Historic site. The restaurant was good, GREAT service, outstanding food.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at Cachet Boutique. The modern lighting and clean bathroom with nice amenities added to the comfort of my stay. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing me to easily walk to most places. The breakfast options were good, with both Chinese and Western choices available. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially in calling a taxi for me. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kunming.

The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities like a coffee machine and a nice selection of toiletries. The hotel is in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and giving us recommendations for things to do in the area.

The experience was marred by a few issues. The breakfast area was understaffed, leading to long wait times and a lack of food options.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with great food options and a lively pedestrian street nearby. The Porterhouse restaurant is a standout choice in the area. Rooms are nicely equipped with clean bathrooms and helpful service. Breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options.

Some of the staff struggled with English, leading to communication issues.

The welcoming gift at check-in was a nice touch and the cookies in the room were delicious. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the main sights and attractions. the view from my window made it even better.

The fruit juices didn't taste fresh and the cold cuts and cheese were poor quality. some of the staff had little English skills, making it difficult to communicate properly.

We loved staying in this hotel as it had fantastic facilities including a clean and cozy room with nice decoration and comfortable bed, complimentary snacks and drinks refilled daily in the mini fridge, and a great breakfast with diverse options that catered to both locals and foreigners. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was the cherry on top, as it was situated in a convenient area, close to nice restaurants and shopping streets.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. The indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the room was equipped with fantastic room advantages such as a comfortable bed and top-notch bathroom facilities. The restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast with a wide variety of special diet menus, making our stay enjoyable.

The only minor issue we had was with the service. The private facilities were good, but we noticed that the staff were not very attentive to our needs.
